Elton John Tattoo

I was at a party recently and the subject of tattoos got brought up.  The Elton John tattoo you see above was from one of the party-goers.  I loved it so much (both the tattoo and the singer), I asked to take a picture for my blog.  I promised to keep his animity, so I will.  But if you see him walking down the street in shorts during the summertime, the above photo will have blown his cover.  Luckily, most of the world has really short attention spans.

Wrap it up, I’ll take it home with me!

See a closeup after the jump.

Adam Lambert - For Your Entertainment: Out now!

Adam Lambert - For Your Entertainment: Out now!

Now that Adam Lambert’s cd has been out for a few days, what’s the verdict?  Do you love it?  Do you hate it?  He’s certainly caused controversy in the last week.  Not because he does anything risque’, but because the world is full of crashing bores.  Come on people! In 2010, kissing a guy on TV makes headlines? If you want to make it interesting, let’s see some priests getting it on with each other.  Perhaps a reality TV show called “How Many Beers?” where they test how many beers it takes for a straight guy to not care if a gay guy blows him.  I’ll bet the magic number is 7.

I got off topic.  Tell me what you think of Adam Lambert’s cd.  I haven’t had the pleasure to hear it yet.  I’m trying to make this site as interactive as possible.  If you don’t reply to this thread, you only have yourselves to blame.

If you are in the Los Angeles area between now and December 13, 2009, please so see the f–king fantastic collaboration between puppeteer Basil Twist and New York Drag Legend Joey Arias.  The show is called Arias With A Twist and it’s so great, when it was playing in New York last year, I saw it 5 times!

You’ll hear Joey singing songs from the Beatles to Billie Holliday and from Led Zeppelin to Klaus Nomi.  It’s such a great show.  You can read more here (and at the bottom of the article is a link to get tickets).  If you want to see what New York is really about, this is the must see show of the year.

See a picture of Joey and I sharing a kiss backstage after the jump.

We at According2g would like to wish screenwriter Suzie Morris a very happy birthday.  She couldn’t be with us today as she is putting the finishing touches on 2 scripts that are going to blow your mind as soon as they are released.  In her spare time, she also writes this blog.  She’s also written a novel called “Unexpected.”  It’s really great.  I give it my seal of g-approval.  Happy birthday SQ!!

Entire Store: Buy 1, get 1 50% off.

Entire Store: Buy 1, get 1 50% off.

The economy is so bad, malls are coming up with new gimmicks to entice suckers customers.  This store (which shall remain nameless) is offering that if you buy the entire store, you get another entire store for 50% off. Can I have 10 of them please?

Happy holiday shopping everyone, and just remember – Mercury is going retrograde this holiday season, so if you buy electronics or big ticket items, get ready for them to be lemons!
