Apples In Stereo

On April 21, 2010, Apples in Stereo rocked the Bowery Ballroom in New York.  The American band has been around since the early 1990s and their sound has evolved from indie rock to power pop!  With some groovy harmonizing by the band and some killer guitar solos, lead singer Robert Schneider (no relation to the ex-Saturday Night Live alum) kept the party rockin’ throughout the band’s entire set.  Their new album “Travelers in Space and Time” is out now and while supplies last, if you click here, you can snag a free mp3 of the new track “Dance Floor.”  Schneider joked with the audience, explained the tie-in with the album concept and the space suits the band was wearing on stage and even handed me the set list after the show was over.  Pretty cool, according2g.

See some more pictures and the set list after the jump.

They played 2 extra songs for the encore.  The first encore was “the Future is Now” and the final song was the first song Apples in Stereo ever wrote.  Die-hards, help us out.
