Sloan Fine Art on the Lower East Side in New York has a great show that just opened.  “Nice To Meet You” is a mixed-media extravaganza whereby 9 artists whose works are admired by Sloan Fine Art were asked to invite two artists of their choice to show in this exhibit.  The result is 27 works of art by very diverse artists.  The works in this exhibit are very affordable (ranging from $300 – $4,500) so whether you are a long time art aficionado or are just building your collection, this is a great exhibit to check out.  “Nice To Meet You” runs from now until July 31, 2010 at Sloan Fine Art which is located on 128 Rivington Street.

After the jump, see a few more images from this cool exhibit.

Charles Clary - Flamungle Gestation

Julie Heffernan - Study for Self Portrait As Heap
