Owen Pallett

Owen Pallett walked out onto the stage at Madison Square Garden where he opened for Arcade Fire on August 4, 2010 and his first words to the crowd were “I could get used to this.”  So precious!  The gay Canadian Virgo (a trifecta of sexiness, according2g), is a composer, violinist, keyboardist, and vocalist!  He mostly played violin tonight and though he performed in such a large venue, the crowd was very attentive so as to hear every word.  I can only imagine how difficult it must be to sing and play the violin at the same time, but Pallett pulled it off (pun definitely intended) as he played songs such as “Lewis Takes Off His Shirt” from his album “Heartland.”  I think seeing him in a more intimate venue will be a better experience, so keep your eyes peeled for when he comes to your town.
