Two Door Cinema Club’s debut album “Tourist History” has already secured a spot in my top 10 favorite albums of 2010 and it’s about to get even better!  On September 20, 2010 (my birthday!), TDCC is releasing a deluxe edition of “Tourist History” featuring a bonus disc of remixes (and 1 B-side).  The track list is:

01. Kids
02. I Can Talk (French Horn Rebellion Remix)
03. Come Back Home (Is Tropical Remix)
04. Undercover Martyn (Jupiter Remix)
05. I Can Talk (Moulinex Remix)
06. What You Know (Cassian Remix)
07. Come Back Home (Ted & Francis Remix)
08. Something Good Can Work (Ted & Francis Remix)
09. Undercover Martyn (Softwar Remix)
10. Something Good Can Work (The Twelves Remix)

The Ted and Francis remix of “Something Good Can Work” is my favorite remix of the year, and the album sounds like a greatest hits record instead of a debut album.  The band rocks live and they are all super nice.  If this doesn’t convince you, I don’t know what will.

However, if you are not sold by my glorious praise you can sample the merchandise by downloading a free mp3 of their non-album track “Hands of My Cash, Monty.” by signing up on Two Door Cinema Club’s mailing list.
