An Encounter with Buff Monster

At the opening for his latest solo show, “Beyond the Pink,” I met artist Buff Monster.  His exhibit is now showing (through September 23, 2010) at the Corey Helford Gallery in Los Angeles and it’s really cool, so I highly encourage you to check it out.  When I initially tried to take a photo of myself and Buff Monster, I had a hard time getting his hair in the frame, so I asked my friend to take the picture that you see above.  Little did I know, when I was attempting to take the first photo, he was documenting what it looks like from behind.  Genius!  Special thanks to Buff Monster and Sark for the fabulous photos!
