An Encounter with Spank Rock

Spank Rock is all over Mark Ronson’s latest album “Record Collection,” and though I am typically not so into rap these days, Spank Rock is awesome on this album.  He’s been touring with Ronson’s band The Business Int’l, filling in for Q-Tip on the worldwide smash “Bang Bang Bang” featuring MNDR and he also raps on “The Bike Song” which is currently blowing up overseas.  Not only did I take a picture with Spank Rock, but I also surprised the hell out of him by asking him to autograph a photo I took of him when I saw him live earlier this year.  He wondered where I got the photo and when I told him I took it, he gave me props for the nice job.  He also recognized the venue and date immediately, so that was pretty cool too.
