Hey New Yorkers! Check out some great art and help save lives! Art & AIDS: Loving Life is an exhibition of humanity, spirit and love of artists living with HIV and AIDS. The opening night reception will be on October 26, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Leslie/Lohman Gay Art Foundation in New York (which is located at 26 Wooster Street). The works of over 40 artists will be shown including Rob Ordonez, who was kind enough to be the spokesmodel for this blog. Proceeds from sales go directly to individual artists and selected pieces from the Silent Auction will benefit the Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC). Admission is free but RSVP is required. Call 212-367-1014 to secure your spot on the guest list.
