Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco has my respect.  When I set foot inside the Panic! At The Disco concert on February 1, 2011, I realized that I’ve obviously been living under a rock for the last 6 years as I was unfamiliar with Panic’s music.  The band hit the stage and did their job as rock stars by turning me into a fan.  Brendon Urie has so much charisma on stage and his songs are ultra catchy.  As February 1, 2011 was the first show Panic! At The Disco has played in a couple of years, Urie mentioned multiple times how happy he was to see all of us.  At that moment, I knew that when I met him, he would be really nice.  Sure enough, less than an hour later at the after party, Brendon confirmed this thought when I met him.  He was more than willing to pose for a photo with me and I thanked him for putting on a great show and for being so cool.  Thanks again Brendon!  Panic’s new album comes out on March 29, 2011 and if the live preview is any indication of things to come, the album is going to be great!

i fell for Panic! right before “Pretty. Odd.” came out. in a live show that i was listening to on repeat they expertly blended “roxanne” into “camisado”

then as i dug deeper, i found an interview where Brendon is asked if he could become any superhero, who would he be? he answered — a combination of Freddie Mercury, Prince and Liberace.
