What a wonderful day this has been.  There will be separate blogs on each of these subjects coming soon, so please be patient.  I am only one man with many great adventures to write about. Picture it: a very very very cold day in New York, February 8, 2011.  It began seeing the Lynda Benglis career retrospective exhibit at the New Museum.  From there, I got the opportunity to meet actors Paul Rudd and Jon Hamm.  Next, I went to see Gang of Four at Webster Hall.  On my way to the restroom, I went downstairs, near the venue within a venue – the Studio at Webster Hall.  As my great fortune would have it, The National was playing a secret show that will be taped for a future MTV broadcast!  Wow, what a great day!  Sadly, I only got to see the final song The National played, which was “Terrible Love,” but you don’t see me complaining!  One song is better than nothing!  During the song, lead singer Matt Berninger made his way through the crowd while singing! Too cool!  I am looking forward to seeing the broadcast to catch all the songs I missed.
