Golden Gilfs by Gilf!

I discovered the work of artist Gilf! at New York’s Fountain Art Fair located at Pier 66 (at 26th Street and 12th Avenue).  The fair runs from March 3 – 6, 2011 and there you’ll see some really great stuff, including the work of Gilf!  Gilf!’s work is lighthearted, politically charged and she donates a portion of all sales to charity!  As she says herself, “she’s the mischevious elf that knocks upon the viewer’s subconscious seeking to breathe hope into a negative issue.”  Amen!
