Happy 43rd Birthday, Kylie Minogue

Kylie!  Kylie! Kylie!  The Australian pop superstar is 43 today.  The first time I saw her live, I was blown away.  I’ve been a Madonna fan since the beginning of her career and after seeing Kylie in concert, I truly think that Kylie wipes the floor with Madge.  Kylie is sexy and not slutty.  Her songs are equally as catchy and the visuals Minogue uses at her shows make a Madonna concert seem even more over-produced and forced than I ever thought when I was catching Madonna live.  The rest of the world is in complete agreement, but for some reason, America can’t get into the groove.  That worked out great for me as I’ve gotten to see Kylie’s stadium productions in relatively small venues and again, she is incredible.  Happy birthday to the impossible princess!
