Sting is the text book case study for treating your body and mind right! The birthday boy (when he is clean shaven) looks easily 20 years younger than he is and still has a great body! What’s your favorite song from The Police or Sting’s solo career? I have a bunch, but off the top of my head I’ll say “Synchronicity 2” and “Love is the Seventh Wave.”
