You can take a street artist and place him in the gallery scene, but you can never completely take the artist off the streets.  Artist BEAU‘s latest project “Ordo Ab Chao” is an outdoor mural located at 70 East 4th Street in Manhattan, showing until June 10, 2012.  The title of the mural “Ordo Ab Chao” is Latin for “Order out of Chaos” and is filled with imagery of hope, despair, destruction, unrest, the New World Order, the beginning of the end and the end of the beginning.  You’ll want to visit often as the mural will be evolving throughout the duration of the exhibition.

While you are viewing “Ordo Ab Chao,” you’ll want to also head over to the Fab Cafe across the street (located at 75 East 4th Street) as there are many canvases by BEAU on display.   While speaking with the artist at the opening night reception, he promised that as works sell through the duration of the show, he’ll be replenishing the exhibit, so make sure you check back often because there are some great works of art at insanely reasonable prices.
