Robert Rizzo - Animal Man
Robert Rizzo worked as the manager of the town Bell, in Los Angeles. Rizzo and his assistant Angela Spaccia have been charged with misappropriation of funds, conflict of interest and falsifying records – oh and made over $750,000 per year EACH!
So if you ever wonder where your tax dollars are going, this is where! Disgusting!
