An Encounter with Cyndi Lauper

She’s so unusual.  And she’s also very tired.  I met Cyndi Lauper the other night at a fund raiser and in classic Cyndi Lauper accent, she told me how tired she was and that she never gets a day off.  She wasn’t super keen on taking a photo with me but after signing a CD cover for me she added that I wouldn’t be able to prove that it’s real when I sell it without a photo.  Wow, Cyndi!  I can’t believe you think I’d sell your autograph.  I will not!  But for the future, anyone asking you to sign a blank 8×10 will.  Thanks again Cyndi and I hope you get some rest.
