An Encounter with New Order

It’s been one of my dreams to see and meet New Order and I am happy to say – mission accomplished!  It’s unfortunate that Peter Hook is no longer in the band and there seems to be a lot of acrimony between him and the rest of the band which is of course distressing for their fans.  After seeing Bernard Sumner, Gillian Gilbert and Stephen Morris perform an amazing show, I was fortunate enough to meet the band.

Bernard, Gillian and Stephen were all so very nice and were happy to take photos and sign some autographs, which made me extra happy!

Thanks again to New Order for decades of great music and for being so nice!  Meeting you was a huge thrill for me!
