PizzaGaga in New York
Wow! What a smart way to appeal to the gays in Chelsea – PizzaGaga! I wonder if the pizza is marginally talented and tastes like all the other pizza but has a great marketing machine so it’s the most popular pizza in the land?

Haculla at The Dream Hotel
New York! On your way into the Rock Club at the Dream Hotel in Chelsea (located at 16th and 9th), make sure you look up at the walls, which were decorated by street artist Haculla. It looks like you are walking through a loading dock and it seems that the club is the trendy hot spot of the week, so dress to kill and bring your camera! So cool, according2g.

Russell King and Mike Die times 4
How cool is this?! This Russell King/Mike Die collaboration is rarely seen in green and pink. In this spot in Chelsea, you can see 4 for the price of one. Not only are they a treat for the eyes, but these great metal signs are not “vandalism” as they are attached to a sign post and can be removed if need be. It took less than 2 minutes to put these signs up. Respect!

I don't want to be the founder of the Yuan Dynasty. I want to be the founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg
If you are in the New York area, you have to check out Anton S. Kandinsky’s exhibit “La Roulette En Rose” at CATM in Chelsea. His art speaks volumes for the thoughts in the mind of the masses. I think you’ll get the idea of how cool this exhibit is from the following pictures.

Your Life In Your Hands

I don't want to be Miss Fire Prevention, I want to be Oprah Winfrey

I don't want to be Churchill. I want to be 50 Cent.
CATM is located in Chelsea at 500 West 22nd Street. ”La Roulette En Rose” by Anton S. Kandinsky runs until February 13, 2011.

Alec Pass Go. Show opens November 11, 2010 in Chelsea.
The day has finally arrived. Alec Monopoly’s first New York art show “Alec Pass Go” opens to the public in a few short hours. I was lucky enough to attend the “pre-opening night” festivities and it was awesome. A DJ spun tunes by Two Door Cinema Club, Penguin Prison and Delphic while some of the biggest names in street art (such as Nyte Walka) roamed the gallery.

Stickers of the Monopoly Man were given away for free as well as limited edition posters to the attendees. I even caught a glimpse of the artist getting to enjoy his opening. Since only a few insiders know what he looks like, he was not mobbed and bombarded as is the usual protocol at art openings. I also noticed quite a few red dots next to the paintings already, so it looks like big things are happening for Alec Monopoly. I’ve been a fan of his work since I saw it on the streets of LA and I am very happy that the art world is taking notice too!

The official opening to the public of “Alec Pass Go” takes place on November 11, 2010 at 300 West 22nd Street in New York at 3 pm. The first 250 people receive a free hand finished print. I recommend you get there early and I also request that if you are one of the elusive artists I’ve written about previously and you see me at the opening, come say hi!
