Tessellating Pigments by Damon Soule now at the Joshua Liner Gallery in New York through November 6, 2010.

As I think about it, I don’t think I’ve ever been to an opening at the Joshua Liner Gallery in New York that I haven’t enjoyed.  Exhibit after exhibit, the gallery shows artists that use vivid colors, explore the realms of psychedelia and always make you wonder – how in the world did the artist make that?!  If you like art that has any of the above descriptions, you’ll love their latest show.  It features American artist Damon Soule in his second solo show at the Joshua Liner Gallery and the exhibit is called “Tessellating Pigments.”  Every work featured will make you want to leap into the world that Soule has created.

The Humble and the Sublime by Mac. Now showing at the Joshua Liner Gallery now through November 6, 2010

As you enter the gallery, American artist Mac’s first solo show at the Joshua Liner Gallery called “The Humble and the Sublime” is on display.  Mac or El Mac as he is also known is most famous for influencing many mixed media graffiti mural projects worldwide.  The works in this exhibit are fairly large and as you view them with your own eyes, in certain lighting, the images look three dimensional.  It’s really cool and both of these exhibits are worth a trip down to the Joshua Liner Gallery in New York, which is located at 548 West 28th Street, 3rd Floor.  Both exhibits run through November 6, 2010, so don’t miss out!
