Unfortunately, I caught the really cool group exhibit “Here and Now” at Lyons Weir Gallery (at 524 West 24th Street) in New York on its final day.  The mixed media show was really cool, so enjoy these photos here and now!

Revenge is a Dish Best Served With Poison by David Lyle.

The art above looks like a photograph, but it is not! Artist David Lyle’s latest exhibit of oil paintings called “At The End Of The Day” is now showing at the Lyons Weir Galleryin New York through May 21, 2010. I know I keep saying this, but I am sincere when I say once again that this is an exhibit not to be missed. The titles of the paintings are as genius as the images they depict and you’ll gasp when you see the amazing detail with your own eyes. These works are reminiscent of 1950s America, yet with a reimagined look at pop culture. Don’t miss out!
