Courtney Love and Scarlett Johansson

If you are like me and you believe everything you read on the internet, you’ll have no problem with a report from The Sun that Courtney Love is in talks to have a bio-pic of Kurt Cobain’s life coming soon to the big screen. Scarlett Johansson will play Courtney Love and Robert Pattinson will play Kurt Cobain.  I think ScarJo as Courtney might be good casting but R-Patz as Kurt?  What do you think of these rumours?  Who is your ideal Kurt and Courtney?

Robert Pattinson as Kurt Cobain?

PS.  The pictures above were taken (with my hand) at the following:  Courtney and Scarlett (at Carnegie Hall in 2009); Robert Pattinson in the East Village of New York on the set of “Remember Me.”

A rare glimpse of Prince smiling on 6/16/06 in New York

I was digging through the G photo archives today and when I found the above photo, I realized that it’s very rare to catch a glimpse of the Purple one smiling. However, when you are posing for G, how could you not bust a grin?  The above and below photos were taken on June 16, 2006 when Prince was on Good Morning America.  He performed “Get On The Boat” (with Sheila E.), “Redhead Stepchild” (with Tamar) and a verseless version of “Let’s Go Crazy.”  I was lucky enough to be in the front row to watch my purple idol perform, and I loved every second of it.  After the jump, see an exclusive photo of Prince giving the “O” face.  I hope the purple police do not come after me for posting these photos, because I mean only love and I own all of his albums and have bought tickets to see him in concert no less than 50 times (and every single time was life changing!)

What’s new pussycats?  Tonight, the legendary Tom Jones makes a rare New York area appearance at the Beacon Theater.

I saw Mr. Jones earlier this year and he was incredible.  In his 2 hour set, he did all his hits: What’s New Pussycat?, Delilah, It’s Not Unusual, Kiss, Help Yourself, She’s A Lady, Green Green Grass of Home, Thunderball, Sexbomb and lots of new material from his album “24 Hours.”

See more photos below, including a shot of all the bras and panties that were thrown at him during the show.
