Paul Rudd and G

I hate to gush, but I have loved actor Paul Rudd for years!  He’s been on my short list of people I must meet in this lifetime and February 8, 2011 was the day!  Paul Rudd was in Brooklyn to read passages from the book  My Dead Dad Was In ZZ Top  by Jon Glaser at The Bell House.  The weather was frigid outside and Paul still took the time to be nice!  He told me that he was running extremely late.  I explained that the photo would just take a second.  Sure enough, he graciously took a picture with me and he said “Wow!  You weren’t kidding.  That did just take a second!”  I didn’t realize it was possible to love him more than I already did, but to quote the name of one of his movies – I love you, man!  Thanks again Paul!

The Dalai Lama

His Holiness The Dalai Lama has called forth 10,000 monks and travelers
from all over the globe to initiate the teachings of The Buddha Maitreya.
The intention of these teachings is to bring abundance and joy to all of

Elevate Films’ two founders, Mikki and Nadia, will be present in India to
document this historic event, which takes place o February 4, 5 and 6, 2011.

It’s going to take all of us to join forces so we may come together and
‘be the change.’ Our goal is to get over 10,000 people breathing at once
together with a unified intention.

You don’t have to know how to meditate, you don’t have to be a monk, you
just have to have to breathe and believe that together we shall rise,
together we are stronger, and that together we are ONE.

No matter who you are or where you are we look forward to breathing with you!
