On February 26, 2011, Brooklyn based indie rock band Arms opened for White Rabbits at Bowery Ballroom.  The 40 minute set consisted of tracks from Arms’ new EP entitled “Arms EP” as well as their debut release “Kids Aflame.”  It was my first exposure to their music and the songs were up beat and rockin’.  The band just finished a succesful residency at Pianos and I am looking forward to hearing more great things about the 4 piece band. No set list was posted, so I can’t help you out in that area, but what I can do is let you know that you can download “Arms EP” for free on their official site.  I recommend it.

I met lead singer Todd Goldstein after Arms’ set and I told him how much I enjoyed their music.  He was very cool.  You can see a photo from that experience after the jump.  Thanks again Todd and best of luck to you and Arms.
