Village Voice with Banksy and Os Gemeos
NYC! Make sure you grab a pile of the new Village Voice because there are two collectible covers this week. Both covers feature the art of Os Gemeos in collaboration with Banksy! As you can see above, a Banksy stencil hides out in the background of Os Gemeos’ work and below, it’s the reverse. Once word spreads, these will be gone, so get yours and sell it on eBay to some poor bastard who lives out of state. It’s what Banksy would want! 🙂

Coloring with Christian’s Christian Grattan
New York! Just when you think you’ve seen and done it all in this city, along comes artist and coloring aficionado Christian Grattan. He has transformed his popular web series “Coloring With Christian,” into a live coloring event. Christian will announce via Twitter and/or Facebook a location and a time to show up and he will provide the crayons and a coloring book. The book, which he is holding in the above picture, features coloring sheets of some of his heroes, which include Karl Lagerfeld, Lady Gaga, Andy Warhol, Oprah Winfrey and Elton John!
Coloring With Christian
You will fall in love with Christian’s enthusiasm for coloring and in the process have a fun little adventure, and at the very least, you will have created a work of art suitable for framing.
Freddie Mercury (colored). Grace Jones (to be colored).
If you don’t live in the New York area, well that sucks for you! But seriously, Christian has provided free and fully downloadable coloring pages so you can color these amazing people in the comfort of your own home. Visit Christian Loves Sparkle to get your very own set. Crayons not included. Thanks for a fun time Christian! Hope to color with you again very soon.
