American artist Richard Kalina has a great exhibit on display at Lennon, Weinberg, Inc. in New York called “A Survey 1970 – 2010.” As the title suggests, this collection is like a greatest hits set of Kalina’s works from this period and it’s incredible. A few fun facts about Richard Kalina: in addition to having his works in museums and private collections throughout the world, Kalina is an art critic for the magazine Art In America and is also a Professor of Art at New York’s Fordham University. This exhibit is Richard Kalina’s 21st solo show! This not-to-be-missed exhibit runs until August 13, 2010 at Lennon, Weinberg, Inc., which is located at 514 West 25th Street in New York.

There’s a great group art show at Lennon, Weinberg, Inc. in New York City called “Ends and Means.” The exhibit features the stunning visual works of Roy Dowell, Richard Kalina, Harriet Korman, Mary Lucier, Melissa Meyer, Jill Moser, Stephen Mueller, Peter Soriano, Denyse Thomasos and Stephen Westfall. Prepare to stimulate your senses as you take in these very colorful works in this mixed media presentation. I’m only presenting two images, because I think you should check out the exhibit to see the rest, but everything in “Ends and Means” are just as cool as the works I am showing you. Lennon, Weinberg, Inc. is located at 514 West 25th Street and the show runs through May 28, 2010.
