This is what happens when you are caught by the paparazzi as you are chatting (in mid-sentence) with singer Rita Ora and DJ Calvin Harris.  The above photo appeared on The Daily Mail and the below photo ended up on Just Jared.   Horrifying, but as you know, I have no shame, so I am fully owning these faces I made.

Jerry Hall and Mick Jagger by Ron Galella

The Godfather of US Paparazzi Culture, Ron Gallela is having quite a month!  A documentary about his infamous impromptu photo sessions with the likes of Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Steve McQueen, Marlon Brando, Mick Jagger and Andy Warhol entitled “Smash His Camera,” has just premiered on HBO.  To coincide with the documentary, a photo exhibit of the same name is being shown at the Clic Gallery from now until June 30, 2010 in New York.  I used to see Ron Galella every so often in my “other life” when I was a little kid collecting celebrity autographs in Beverly Hills and seeing these photos brought back a lot of tucked away memories from my childhood.  If you want to see these great and candid photos, the Clic Gallery is located at 235 Centre Street in New York.  Alternately, a coffee table book also called Smash His Camera is now available wherever books are sold.

See a few more gems from this exhibit after the jump.
