"I Think Everybody Should Like Everybody" - Andy Warhol

Andy Warhol, the most famous artist of the modern age, died on this day, February 22, 1987.  Not only was he hugely influential to the art world, but amongst many of my friends, their impetus for moving to New York was to play and create in the same city that Andy did.  With that in mind, at any given time in New York, you are likely to find works by Warhol on display in galleries and museums across the city.  Though he’s gone, his art will never be forgotten.  RIP Andy.
