Happy birthday to Sir Paul McCartney of The Beatles!
What’s your favorite Paul song? That’s obviously a tough question because he’s made so many great songs. You can give me your top 5 as of this minute.
I know I’ll be listening to “Your Mother Should Know,” “Mother Nature’s Son,” “Silly Love Songs,” “Spies Like Us” and “You Never Give Me Your Money” today.

Sir Paul McCartney has announced that he’ll be releasing “Good Evening New York City,” on November 23, 2009. The DVD and CD are culled from his legendary shows at the new Shea Stadium (Citi Field) in New York, where the Beatles played the largest shows ever (at the time), many moons ago.
The standard release will feature 2 CDs and 1 DVD. A deluxe edition will feature a bonus DVD of Sir Paul’s Ed Sullivan Theater appearance that took place a few days prior to the re-christening of Shea Stadium.
If you’ll recall, and I’m sure you do, I attended the opening night show and it was every bit as legendary as you would have expected. You can see the setlist from that gig (which will most likely be the tracklist for the upcoming CD and DVD package) here.
