Sananda Maitreya formerly known as Terence Trent D’arby

Happy birthday to Sananda Maitreya (formerly known as Terernce Trent D’arby).  I love Sananda!  As Terence Trent D’arby, he made classic albums such as “Introducing the Hardline According to Terence Trent D’arby” “Symphony or Damn” and “TTD’s Vibrator.”  He changed his name in 2001 to Sananda Maitreya and now free from record label obligations, he released a bunch of music on his official website.  The music is as good, if not better, than what he recorded in his TTD days.  He hasn’t toured the USA in over a decade, so if you are reading this, Sananda, your US fans want to see you!  Happy birthday Sananda!

Sign Your Name by George Michael

This clip, while obviously in bootleg quality, is from 1991 and it’s George Michael singing Terence Trent D’arby’s classic song “Sign Your Name.”  I think George does such a great job.  Please release this as a single George!  With a glory hole on top!
