We at According2g would like to wish Tina Turner a very happy 70th birthday today. I had the pleasure of seeing Tina last December at Madison Square Garden at the ripe old age of 69. She danced and sang and shook her ass like someone 30 years younger than her. It was an amazing night. Here’s to the next 70!

Tina Turner goes Beyond - Photos by G.
Regula Curti, Dechin Shak Dagsay and Tina Turner have recorded a 10 track album of songs inspired by Christian and Buddhist chants called “Beyond.” The cd will be out internationally in July, but no word on a domestic release date. You can read more about the project here. The title “Beyond” was inspired by a poem by the great poet Rumi.
The photos you see of Tina Turner were taken by me in December 2009 at her sold out one-night-only performance at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The show was beyond amazing!
You better show some respect!
