Hot new band alert!  London’s post-punkers Savages are making a huge impact on the music scene and for good reason – they rock!  The band played together for the first time in January 2012 and a quick year and a half later, they are already headlining medium-sized venues in New York!  Love that!

If you haven’t heard the infectious and extremely rockin’ “Husbands,” make sure you check it out, ASAP!  It’s got elements of Patti Smith meets Siouxsie and the Banshees and the track will easily be on many critics great songs lists of 2013.

Their debut album “Silence Yourself” is out now and I hope you dig it as much as I do.  Savages will be back in NYC playing Webster Hall on July 11, so make sure you get a ticket before it sells out.
