The Ballad of John and Yoko

The Ballad of John and Yoko by John Lennon

Happy 78th birthday Yoko Ono! The artist/singer is all about love, peace and tolerance.  It’s really inspiring.  As of press time, I have not met Yoko, but I really hope to meet her some day so I can tell her how amazing it was performing a piece from Yoko’s book “Grapefruit.”  You can read all about that experience here.  Coming from someone who is fortunate enough to experience a lot of really cool stuff, that was truly one of the highlights of 2010 for me.  Happy birthday Yoko!

You can see this at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.  Is Yoko Ono’s message of love and peace as meaningful today as it has been for the last 40 years?  YES!
